There is a set list of tasks that are done and is more than likely going to be set up as a flat rate. On deep cleaning we can do whatever the customer wants that is cleaning related. This cleaning will be set up for an hourly rate. Most of the time customers will set up to have all of the basic cleaning items + certain specifics that they want concentrated on.
