We understand that life does not always go as planned. However, if it is necessary to cancel/postpone any scheduled cleaning, we ask that you please call the Sweep Home Chicago office at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. That will allow us ample time to make the necessary adjustments to our daily schedule. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, a $40 fee will be assessed to the customers credit card, which will be required to book an appointment.
