What’s included in a standard house cleaning?
Every standard cleaning covers all rooms and hallways (floors, baseboards, mirrors, and trash), bathrooms (sinks, showers, tubs, toilets, shower doors, and vanities cleaned and disinfected), the kitchen (tables, sinks, countertops, backsplashes, cabinet fronts, appliance exteriors, and dishes), bedrooms (linens changed, beds made, and furnishings dusted), and living areas (furnishings dusted and rooms tidied).
Can you clean inside my fridge or oven?
Yes. Appliance interiors can be cleaned on request. Add inside-the-fridge, inside-the-oven, or window cleaning as an extra when you book. Add-ons typically cost $25–$55 each.
What’s the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning is a set list of tasks at a flat rate based on the size of your home. Deep cleaning includes the standard tasks plus the detailed work you choose, billed hourly. See our guide to deep cleaning vs. regular cleaning.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. You can leave a key, share an access code, or let your doorman know we’re coming.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
Contact us within 48 hours and we’ll send someone to re-clean any missed areas free of charge.
